What is Quartz Audio?

Quartz Audio is a Montreal-based company that specializes in wireless audio equipment. We offer exclusively wireless earphones, headphones and speakers. 

Why do I need wireless headphones?

Wireless headphones are simply amazing. First, your cellphone can be tucked away in your bag or in your pocket since you can control the volume or switch songs directly on the headphones.

Listening to music while working out, eating, cooking or studying has never been so easy and worry-free without a cable in the way. Your headphones will no longer get incredibly tangled or stuck in unexpected places. Music is supposed to transport you in another world, and with the natural and invisible feel of wireless headphones, it just does.

What is your warranty policy?

Quartz Audio offers a worry-free warranty for 24 months on all of our products. We aim for your complete satisfaction, and will cover any defect you might encounter with our products. 

Water damage however is not covered since most electronics work best when dry. Battery life also gets shorter with time and is a natural problem with all electronics.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all of our items before the next business day with Express Shipping and a tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping (within Canada) is a flat rate of 5$ and International Shipping to the US is a flat rate of 16$. We unfortunately do not offer shipping to other countries at the moment.

We currently have a promotion for Canadian residents, shipping is free on 2 items or more!

And what about duties?

Since we are based in Canada, there are no duty fees on orders shipped within Canada. Orders heading to the US are subject to duty fees, but there will most likely be none. Please note that these duty fees are out of our control and determined by federal laws. 

What currency are the prices listed at?

All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Here is the current (CAD to USD) exchange rate.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit cards and ApplePay.

What if I am not happy with a product.

Quartz Audio offers a free satisfaction guarantee on all items. If you are displeased in any way, we will offer a full refund on your purchase.

What if I never receive my purchase?

We will go to great lengths to make sure every one of our customer is satisfied, and of course will be certain that you receive the item you paid for. Every order comes with a tracking number to follow your product, but if for any reason you do not receive your item, you can contact us for a full refund or a replacement item.
